EECBG Upcoming Webinars

The DOE will be releasing new information about the EECBG Program, including informational webinars about the grant application process, vouchers option, and the DOE technical assistance available to support eligible entities. You are encouraged to attend, as they have been designed around commonly asked questions from the public and are sure to help you navigate the application and project design process. Webinars are open to the public and will be recorded and placed on the EECBG Program website.

  • Voucher Program Webinar: Thursday, April 13 at 3pm ET. Learn more information about the voucher option for the EECBG Program. The webinar will provide insight on eligible uses, limitations, and the application process. Access the link to attend here.

  • Technical Assistance Webinar: May 4 at 3pm ET. Hear from DOE about the range of technical assistance available from DOE to manage EECBG Program awards and enhance their impacts. Access the link to attend here.

As a reminder, the first pre-Step to apply for the EECBG Program is completing the Pre-Award Information Sheet, which is due on April 28th, 2023, by email to eecbg@hq.doe.gov The information provided regarding the decision to apply for a voucher or a grant in this document is non-binding. If you are pursuing the grant option, you will need a Unique Entity ID (UEI) number to submit this form. If you do not have one, please register on the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/. Note: This can take three weeks to process, so it’s important to get started early!

TIEEN Webinar


The Texas Industrial Energy Efficiency Network (TIEEN), a network of publicly supported industrial energy-efficiency organizations will present its annual collaborative webinar Wednesday, April 12, 2023, 2:00-3:30 pm (Central). This will be a panel discussion on the topic of Industrial Energy Efficiency in a volatile, high price energy market. We invite you to join us at this thought-provoking event, as we grapple with this challenging topic. Confirmed panelists are: Derek Reese, Policy Advisor for the American Petroleum Institute and Jamie Brick, Expert Engagement Manager at McKinsey.
